Refund Policy

Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the product within 30 days of your receipt of the product (except Marketing Package and/or Legal Structure Package), and you will receive a full refund (less shipping and handling). Products will be accepted for refund only if (a) returned items include all of the product components in good condition, and (b) your packing slip is included.

If you are not completely satisfied with Marketing Package, simply notify accounting@MySuccessPlace.com in writing within 30 days of your receipt of the website, and you will receive a partial refund of 75% of original sales price.  Client will retain ownership of domain name.

If you are not completely satisfied with Legal Structure Package, simply notify accounting@MySuccessPlace.com in writing within 30 days of your receipt of the incorporation documentation, and you will receive a partial refund of 75% of original sales price.  Client must transfer ownership of corporation back to MySuccessPlace.com to receive refund.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP

You may cancel your membership within three business days of your join date and receive a full refund. After that, your membership can be terminated with completion of Cancellation Request form below. All requests must be submitted by the 10^th of the month or your membership fee will be billed for following month.
